Or, how about a cream card, for something that isn't quite a booking. Two
cream cards equal one yellow card, and an orange card (which I thought might
be something to do with the opposition policy on Northern Ireland at first)
plus a cream card equal a red card. Then we could bring in brown cards,
which would mean you're sent off, and you count as having been booked in the
next game as well, for really nasty fouls. . .
